Launch note
August 24, 2026 — micro.directory launched as an open catalog for machine-callable services. Listings require domain proof, agent-readable instructions, a machine contract, health, pricing, and terms. Its discovery API is free to browse and publishing is free.
The first catalog includes the micro.directory API and Kiln services using OpenAPI and USDC/x402 on Base. Clearly labeled paid promotion is optional and never changes organic quality rank.

- Publishers prove control from their own HTTPS origin.
